Juliette.
Hi, I'm Juliette! I'm an Inclusive Design & Research Lead with a passion for creating experiences that genuinely work for everyone - especially those who are often left out of the conversation.
At Deloitte Digital, I lead teams to embed accessibility and inclusion into the way organisations research, design and build. I've spent years helping clients understand that centring lived experience isn't just the right thing to do - it's how you create products and services that actually work. Whether I'm conducting research with under-represented communities, developing accessibility governance frameworks, or presenting to executives, my goal is always the same: shift inclusion from afterthought to given.
In a previous life, I was a fashion designer - six years designing womenswear for Australian labels like Camilla and Marc and Rachel Gilbert. That foundation in human-centred design (and an obsession with how things are made) is what eventually led me to UX and accessibility.
Outside of work, you'll find me attempting Spanish so I can finally hold a conversation with my Mexican relatives, moving through a pilates class, getting my hands dirty with ceramics or sewing, or line dancing my way through Footloose (almost nailed it).
If you're looking to make your products, services or organisation more inclusive, let's chat.
